This medication is used to treat acute non-infectious conjunctivitis with severe edema and conjunctival hyperemia as well as allergic keratitis. It is also effective for non-infectious anterior segment inflammation such as ante uveitis, episcleritis, and scleritis. Additionally, it helps relieve inflammation caused by strabismus surgery and cataract and glaucoma surgeries. Thus, this medication is widely used for various inflammatory diseases around the eyes and postoperative inflammation.
Instill 1 drop into the conjunctival sac 2-3 times a day. For adults, during the first 24-48 hours, 1 drop may be instilled every hour.
