Vitamins B1, B2, B6, and C are necessary for replenishment during physical fatigue or in pregnancy and lactation, as well as during and after illness when physical strength is diminished. Vitamin B1 alleviates symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and reduces eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 help relieve oral inflammations such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis. These vitamins are effective for improving various symptoms and support overall health recovery. Therefore, appropriate replenishment of vitamins B group and C is essential for health improvement in these cases.
