This medication is used for herpes simplex virus infections, particularly initial and recurrent genital herpes and labial herpes. It alleviates the patient's symptoms and promotes healing of the lesion area to reduce discomfort. Additionally, it helps prevent recurrence by inhibiting the replication of the virus. Regular use can be expected to improve symptoms. This medicine is used effectively to improve herpes-related symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medication should be applied to the affected area (area of disease) about 5 times a day at intervals of approximately 4 hours. Treatment should continue for 5 days, and if not healed after 5 days of use, it can be used for an additional 5 days.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by specific patients. People who are allergic to this drug or its components, or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions should avoid use.
