This medication is used to inhibit thrombus formation in cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, and unstable angina. It helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease in high-risk patients with multiple risk factors, such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, and diabetes. How to take

Adult dose

Enteric-coated tablets: 1 tablet once daily, to be taken before meals with an ample amount of water. Enteric-coated capsules: 1 capsule once daily, to be taken before meals with an ample amount of water.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if taken regularly by individuals who consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as there is an increased risk of gastric bleeding. Individuals with hypersensitivity to this medication, peptic ulcer, aspirin-induced asthma, hemophilia, severe liver or kidney impairment, severe heart failure, or a tendency to bleed should not take this medication. Additionally, it is safer for patients taking high doses of methotrexate or pregnant women in their third trimester to avoid this medication. Individuals with renal or cardiovascular abnormalities, liver disorders, blood disorders, bronchial asthma, or a history of allergies should use this medication with caution.
