This medicine should be given to patients with cerebral infarction only after symptoms stabilize, and those with high blood pressure or coronary artery disease should take care regarding blood pressure control and increased pulse rate. If signs of bleeding or blood disorders appear during use, immediate reporting and full blood count testing should be performed. Caution is advised when driving or operating machinery due to possible dizziness. Taking this medicine with food may increase blood concentration and the risk of side effects; thus, it is recommended to take it on an empty stomach and space the drug intake and meals by 3 hours.
