The vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C contained in this medicine aid in restoring strength and maintaining health during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, post-illness recovery, and old age. In particular, vitamin B1 (Benfotiamine) is effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as reducing fatigue of the eyes. Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) and vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) are useful in alleviating skin-related symptoms such as cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, zinc contributes to health maintenance by being supplied in the body. This medication is used for the improvement of these various symptoms and for strengthening physical strength.
For youth aged 12 and older and adults: take 1 tablet once a day.
This medicine should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its components. Infants under 12 months of age should not take this medicine, nor should patients with a hereditary issue that prevents lactose digestion use it. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken concurrently with certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a doctor or with specific health issues, as well as women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as abdominal discomfort, skin rash, vomiting, or hair loss occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. This medicine may have side effects such as changes in menstruation or increased risk of thrombosis, and prolonged high-dose use may lead to nerve damage or liver damage, so caution is required. Dosing must be strictly adhered to, and when children are taking it, parental supervision is necessary. This medication may affect blood and urine test results, so it should be reported to the healthcare provider before testing. It is advisable to avoid tea with tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication. Store this medicine out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
Pulmonary edema (lung edema)
Abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, erythema, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, dermatitis, body odor during sweating or breathing, hair loss, agitation, gastrointestinal disturbances, digestive disturbances, upper abdominal pain, low blood pressure, menstrual cycle changes with increased flow or early onset and prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurogenic symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, impaired glucose tolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, hypernatremia.

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa, and if taken with oral contraceptives containing estrogen, anti-aldosterone agents, or triamterene, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
This medication should not be taken with tannin-containing tea, such as green tea or black tea, during or immediately before and after consumption.
