Acyne Cream (Lidocaine)

Adult dosage

Apply 0.24 to 0.66 grams (23 to 62 milligrams of lidocaine) 5 to 15 minutes before intercourse. Do not exceed 2 grams (184 milligrams of lidocaine) within 24 hours.

This medication should not be used by individuals with hypersensitivity to amide-type local anesthetics. Additionally, do not apply to areas with wounds or inflammation. It is advisable not to use this medicine during pregnancy. Patients with liver or kidney issues should exercise extra caution when using this medication. This product contains propylene glycol, so individuals allergic or sensitive to this ingredient should use it with caution. If skin rash or irritation occurs during use, discontinue use immediately, and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Long-term use without a doctor's instruction should be avoided for more than 3 months. This medication is for external use only and should not be applied to mucous membranes such as the eyes or nose. It is advisable to avoid applying the cream to the same area continuously. Keep this medication out of reach of children. Store away from high temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius or very low temperatures, and protect from direct sunlight. After use, do not burn the medication; dispose of it properly.
