This medication is used to relieve inflammatory edema that occurs after surgery or trauma, and to alleviate symptoms caused by lactation engorgement.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults: On the first day, take 2 tablets at a time, 4 times a day. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 1 tablet at a time, 4 times a day.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose, and should not be used by individuals with genetic disorders that prevent proper digestion of lactose. Patients with bleeding disorders, or those with severe liver or kidney conditions, pregnant women or those who could become pregnant should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, patients on anticoagulants should be cautious as the risk of bleeding may increase when taking this medication, and should do so under the close supervision of their doctor. If any allergic reactions such as skin rash or redness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Gastrointestinal issues such as diarrhea, constipation, appetite loss, abdominal discomfort, nausea, or vomiting may occur, so caution is advised if these symptoms arise. Rarely, bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds or blood-stained phlegm can appear, and immediate cessation of the medication and consultation with medical personnel is necessary if these occur. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and dosage should not be arbitrarily increased or decreased. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children, and medications should not be transferred from their original containers to others, as this may lead to misuse or diminished effectiveness; always store them in the original container and keep it tightly closed.
