This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. This medication is contraindicated in patients with an allergy to the active ingredients or specific heart diseases, liver dysfunctions, and severe hypotension. Caution is required for patients with liver dysfunction, gastrointestinal diseases, kidney impairment, and the elderly when using this medication. Blood pressure may drop too low, so if symptoms of hypotension occur, the patient should lie down immediately and receive necessary treatment. This medication can increase blood potassium levels, so caution is needed when taken with potassium-rich medications or supplements. Patients with poor kidney function should regularly have blood tests to check kidney status and electrolyte levels. This medication can cause drowsiness or dizziness, so caution is required during driving or operating hazardous machinery. There may be interactions with other medications, particularly with lithium, digoxin, warfarin, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, so consultation with a professional is advised when taken concurrently. In case of overdose, symptoms such as hypotension, arrhythmia, and renal failure may occur, requiring immediate medical attention.
