Precautions

This medication requires caution in patients with cardiovascular disease. In particular, blood pressure may drop to dangerous levels if taken in conjunction with nitrates or NO donors, so it is essential to consult a physician. Patients with heart disease or those who have recently experienced myocardial infarction or stroke should avoid using this medication. This medication dilates blood vessels and can lower blood pressure, thus patients with low blood pressure or high blood pressure should be extra cautious. Additionally, if an erection lasts more than 4 hours, immediate medical assistance should be sought, as failure to treat it may lead to damage to penile tissue. Elderly patients or those with impaired liver or kidney function should start with a lower dose, and it is crucial to inform the physician of all medications being taken, as there may be interactions with other drugs. This medication is not intended for use by women or children under 18 years old. If visual disturbances, sudden hearing loss, severe headache, or dizziness occur during use, immediate consultation with a physician is required. This medication is for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and does not have any effect on the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, so caution is advised. There may be visual disturbances or dizziness while driving or operating machinery, so care should be taken. Prior to taking this medication, it is important to consult with a physician and disclose your health status and any medications being taken.
