This medication inhibits thrombus formation in cardiovascular diseases such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, and unstable angina, thereby protecting health. It also prevents thrombus formation that may occur after coronary artery bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention. It is effective in reducing cardiovascular risk in high-risk patients with multiple risk factors such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, and diabetes. How to take

Adult dose

Enteric-coated tablets: 1 tablet once daily for adults, taken before meals with sufficient water. Enteric-coated capsules: 1 capsule once daily for adults, taken before meals with sufficient water.

Precautions

Patients who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This is due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding associated with this drug. This medication should not be given to certain patients, such as those with allergies to this drug or similar drugs, patients with peptic ulcers, aspirin-induced asthma, hemophiliacs, patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, those with severe heart failure, patients with a tendency to bleed, and pregnant women in the third trimester. Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication may increase the risk of bleeding when taken in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and salicylate preparations.
