Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of skin damage if used on sun-sensitive skin, so it is advisable not to use it until sunburn is completely healed. Individuals who are allergic to any component in this medication, pregnant, or likely to become pregnant should not use it. It is safe not to apply this medication on areas with open wounds, damaged skin, or areas affected by severe acne. Those who are frequently exposed to sunlight or have sun-sensitive skin should be cautious, as this medication may cause skin irritation. This medication contains propylene glycol, so it should be used with caution if there is an allergy to this component. Since the skin may become dry or irritated, if symptoms are severe, it is advisable to reduce the frequency of use or temporarily discontinue use until the condition improves. When applying this medication, be careful to avoid exposure to sunlight or artificial ultraviolet light. If exposure is necessary, it is advisable to apply a sunscreen and wear protective items such as hats. Increasing the dosage of this medication will not lead to better results; conversely, it may cause skin irritation or discomfort. After using other skin exfoliation treatments, this medication should only be used when the skin has fully recovered. Once symptoms improve, it is advisable to discontinue the use of this medication and avoid prolonged use. Avoid strong depilation methods such as electrolysis, waxing, and chemical depilatories on the areas where this medication is applied. This medication has a low potential for interaction with other oral medications, but it is recommended not to use it in combination with other retinoid medications. It is safer to use this medication separately from other topical acne treatments and to avoid using it together with harsh cleansers or alcohol-containing products. Pregnant individuals or those who may become pregnant should not use this medication, and if pregnancy is confirmed, use should be discontinued immediately. Breastfeeding women should be cautious as it is not certain whether this medication passes into breast milk and should not apply it to the breast area. It is advisable not to use this medication for children under 12 years old, as safety and efficacy have not been established. If this medication is accidentally ingested in large quantities, immediate medical attention should be sought, and procedures such as gastric lavage may be necessary. This medication is for topical application only and should be kept away from mucous membranes such as the eyes, mouth, and nose. If contact occurs, it should be thoroughly washed off with clean water. Keep out of reach of children and do not transfer to other containers for safety. This medication may increase the risk of skin cancer if exposed to sunlight or artificial ultraviolet light, so it is important to avoid sun exposure as much as possible during use.
