This medication is used to treat myocardial ischemia caused by hypertension and coronary artery diseases such as stable angina and variant angina. It also helps reduce the risk of hospitalization due to angina in patients recently diagnosed with coronary artery disease through angiography, who do not have heart failure and have normal cardiac output, and it aids in lowering risks that may occur during coronary artery revascularization. Its efficacy improves cardiovascular health and is effective in preventing cardiovascular-related complications.
