It is also used in the treatment of spastic paralysis caused by neurological disorders, improving symptoms related to spastic paralysis from various cerebrospinal diseases such as cerebrovascular disorders, spastic spinal paralysis, cervical spondylosis, post-surgical sequelae, post-traumatic sequelae, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, cerebral palsy, and spinocerebellar degeneration. This drug helps alleviate muscle stiffness and reduce pain, aiding in the recovery of the patient's motor function. Therefore, this medication effectively treats muscle stiffness and pain associated with musculoskeletal and neurological disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Administer 50 mg of Eperisone Hydrochloride orally three times a day after meals. The dosage may be adjusted accordingly based on age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with allergic reactions or hypersensitivity. It should also not be administered to patients with severe myasthenia gravis. This drug contains lactose, and should not be used in patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Caution is advised when administering to patients with a history of drug hypersensitivity or impaired liver function as liver function may worsen.
