Precautions

Patients who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, this medication can increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases, so patients with a history of heart disease or stroke, or those with risk factors, should be particularly cautious. If symptoms such as chest pain or shortness of breath occur, the intake should be stopped immediately. It can cause serious gastrointestinal problems such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, so patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or the elderly should be especially careful. If any gastrointestinal symptoms occur during use, medical consultation should be sought immediately. This medication can rarely cause severe skin reactions or allergic reactions, so if symptoms such as skin rashes or mucosal damage appear, discontinue use and consult a doctor. It can affect kidney function; therefore, patients with kidney diseases or decreased kidney function should have their kidney function regularly checked. Abnormal liver function has also been reported, so caution is needed for those with liver diseases. This medication can reduce female fertility, so women planning to become pregnant should avoid using it. Pregnant or nursing women should not use it either. Patients with hypersensitivity to this medication, or those who have had allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, asthma, severe gastrointestinal bleeding history, or severe renal/liver impairment should not take this medication. Elderly patients, those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, patients with cardiovascular disease risk factors, those with blood coagulation disorders, or patients taking anticoagulants should use this medication with caution, and should immediately inform their healthcare provider if any unusual symptoms arise. This medication interacts with many other drugs, so if you are taking anticoagulants, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, antihypertensive agents, etc., you should consult a healthcare provider. Alcohol consumption may exacerbate gastrointestinal and central nervous system side effects, so it is advisable to avoid it. During use, you should regularly check blood pressure, liver function, kidney function, and blood tests to detect and manage adverse reactions early, and it should be used at the minimum effective dose and duration for therapeutic purposes. This medication can cause drowsiness or dizziness, so you should be cautious when driving or operating machinery after taking it. In case of overdose, gastric lavage and general supportive therapy are necessary; there is no specific antidote, so the dosage must be strictly adhered to. Store this medication in a sealed container to protect it from light and keep it out of reach of children to prevent quality deterioration.
