This medication is used for the treatment of hypertension and stable angina pectoris, as well as myocardial ischemia due to variant angina caused by vascular spasm or constriction. Additionally, it reduces the risk of hospitalization due to angina in patients recently diagnosed with coronary artery disease via angiography who do not have heart failure or have a left ventricular ejection fraction greater than 40%. This medication also has the effect of reducing the risks associated with coronary vascular procedures. It helps protect the patient's heart health and effectively manage angina-related risks.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: Take 5 mg orally once daily as Amlodipine, and the dose may be increased to a maximum of 10 mg daily depending on the patient's response. Adjust according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

It is very important not to use this medication in certain patients. For example, it should not be administered to patients who have had allergic reactions to this medication or similar drugs, nursing mothers, patients with severe liver impairment, patients with severe aortic stenosis, and patients in a state of shock.
