The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E contained in this medication are helpful during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and periods of diminished physical strength due to illness or recovery. Additionally, it is effective for nutritional supplementation needed during growth and old age. These vitamins help alleviate pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and are used to relieve symptoms of skin diseases like inflammation around the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis), stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It also aids in preventing beriberi, improving fatigue of the eyes, promoting healthy development of bones and teeth, and is beneficial in preventing rickets. Zinc is also supplied as a nutrient necessary for maintaining bodily functions. Overall, this medication helps with various symptoms as well as growth and health maintenance.

This medication should not be taken by individuals with excessive calcium in their blood, specific systemic inflammatory diseases, or kidney diseases. Additionally, individuals with allergies to this drug or its components, infants under 12 months old, and patients with kidney stones should avoid this medication. When taking this medication, it should not be combined with phosphates, calcium salts, specific antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, currently treated patients, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with certain kidney diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with heart or kidney function issues, individuals with hypoproteinemia, and those with a history of gout or kidney stones should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, indigestion, or low blood pressure appear during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Particularly, women may experience changes in menstruation or prolonged bleeding, and there is a risk of thrombosis if taking specific contraceptives, so caution is necessary. Long-term high-dose usage can lead to tolerance to the medication, and when used concurrently with specific vitamins or nutrients, nerve damage or abnormal blood reactions may occur. High doses can cause side effects such as gastric ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, liver damage, edema, and heart strain. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and children should be administered under the supervision of an adult. Moreover, this medication may affect urine test results, and urine may turn yellow during use, which should be noted. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking the medication. When storing, keep it in a sealed container, out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and not transferring to another container.

This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. If taken with estrogen-containing oral contraceptives, anti-aldosterone agents, or triamteren, consult a physician or pharmacist.
It is advisable to avoid taking this medication with teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or before and after use.
This medication is sensitive to air and moisture, so it must be stored in a tightly sealed container. A storage temperature between 1°C and 30°C (room temperature) is recommended.
