This medication may cause severe gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, thus special care is needed for elderly individuals or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Patients with active peptic ulcers, a history of bleeding, or allergic reactions to this medication or similar drugs should not take it. Patients with renal or hepatic impairment, heart failure, hypertension, etc., should consult a physician before using this medication and take it with caution. This medication may pose risks to the fetus in late pregnancy, hence pregnant women or those planning to become pregnant should avoid use or consult a physician. There may be interactions with other medications, so patients taking anticoagulants, diuretics, or antihypertensives should inform medical personnel and exercise caution. Safety and effectiveness in children and adolescents have not been established, thus use is not recommended. Elderly patients are at a higher risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, thus special precautions are advised.
