Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E help supplement nutrients necessary for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, during growth periods, and in old age. These vitamins are effective in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and help alleviate inflammation around the mouth and in the oral cavity, including angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. They are also helpful for skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis. Vitamin B complex helps in the prevention of beriberi, while vitamin D plays an important role in supporting bone and dental development and in preventing rickets. It alleviates eye fatigue, reducing discomfort in daily life. Zinc also contributes to nutrient supplementation in the body, aiding in the maintenance of health. These nutrients are used for overall health improvement and symptom relief.
