Prevention of rickets and bone growth issues due to Vitamin D, relief of neuralgia and myalgia due to Vitamin B1, relief of stomatitis and dermatitis due to Vitamin B2 and B6
This medication provides essential Vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, and C to address physical exhaustion during pregnancy, lactation, and periods of illness or post-illness fatigue, as well as in growth and old age. Vitamin D improves bone and tooth development and prevents rickets. Vitamin B1 relieves neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 help improve symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Additionally, zinc is supplied to contribute to overall health maintenance. This medication is used to improve various symptoms and fatigue.
Ages 12 and older: 1 tablet once a day
This medication should not be used in patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, or in patients with kidney diseases. Additionally, those with allergic reactions to any component of this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance, lactose enzyme deficiency, or genetic disorders affecting glucose-galactose absorption should avoid taking it. It is advisable not to take this medication simultaneously with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, and levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a physician or with a history of oxalate nephropathy, gastrointestinal diseases, heart or circulatory system dysfunction, renal impairment, hypoalbuminemia, gout, kidney stones, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should consult with a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, skin rashes, irregular heartbeats, or central nervous system depression occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term high-dose use can lead to tolerance, and excessive pyridoxine may result in neurological symptoms. Moreover, taking high doses of Vitamin B12 can trigger hematological reactions and may lead to side effects such as exacerbation of peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, liver damage, and hyperuricemia. If overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist immediately. During treatment, be sure to adhere to the specified dosage and wording, and note that it may affect blood sugar detection in urine tests, and urine color may change. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas like green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry, tightly sealed place. Additionally, to prevent medication misuse, do not transfer it to other containers.
