Precautions

This medication may irritate the gastrointestinal mucosa and can cause esophageal adverse reactions such as esophagitis, esophageal ulcers, and esophageal erosion. Take with plenty of water and avoid lying down for at least 30 minutes after administration. If you experience difficulty swallowing, chest pain, or heartburn, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor. This medication should not be administered to patients with esophageal motility disorders, those who cannot sit or stand upright for more than 30 minutes, those with hypersensitivity to the components, those with hypocalcemia, and patients with specific genetic metabolic disorders. During treatment, side effects such as gastrointestinal disturbances, musculoskeletal pain, headache, dizziness, taste disturbances, and skin rashes may occur, so caution is needed. Particularly, when taken with calcium supplements or antacids, absorption may be impaired, so maintain a minimum interval of more than 30 minutes between doses. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should take it cautiously based on a doctor's judgment, and it should not be used in children. It is not recommended for patients with severely impaired kidney function, and conditions of hypocalcemia or vitamin D deficiency should be treated first. Take this medication upon waking on an empty stomach with plenty of water and strictly follow the administration method, including not lying down for a certain period after taking it. Long-term use may increase the risk of low-energy bone fractures, so regular check-ups are necessary according to the doctor's instructions. In the event of an overdose, gastrointestinal irritation symptoms and hypocalcemia may occur, so contact a medical institution immediately, and do not induce vomiting. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container can cause quality degradation, so caution is advised.
