This medication is used to effectively relieve moderate to severe pain.

How to take

Adult dose

For the control of pain in typical adults, 1 to 2 tablets may be taken orally every 4 to 6 hours as needed. A maximum of 8 tablets may be taken per day. The dosage should be adjusted according to the degree of pain and the patient's response.

Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage and gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily; thus, consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential. This medication contains components that can burden the liver, and patients with weakened liver function must consult healthcare providers before use. Concurrent use with central nervous system depressants or alcohol may lead to severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, coma, or death, so it should be avoided or taken under medical supervision. Patients with allergic reactions to this medication, a history of asthma, severe respiratory depression, head trauma, etc., should not take this medication. Elderly patients, and those with impaired liver or kidney function, hypothyroidism, or adrenal insufficiency should use this medication with increased caution, and patients with urinary retention also need to be careful. Mild side effects

Dizziness, sedation, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, confusion, mental and physical behavior disturbances, anxiety, fear, discomfort, mood changes, constipation, skin rash, itching, ureteral spasms, bladder sphincter spasms, urinary retention, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
