This medication helps maintain health by providing vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C during times of physical fatigue or during pregnancy, lactation, recovery from illness, and in elderly individuals. It is also effective in alleviating inflammation of the mouth and lips, inflammation of the oral cavity and tongue, eczema, dermatitis, and pigmentation caused by sunlight or skin diseases (chloasma, freckles). It can also be used to prevent bleeding such as gum bleeding and nosebleeds. Additionally, it helps prevent and treat anemia caused by iron deficiency. It is used to improve various symptoms and conditions to maintain health.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once daily

Precautions

This medication contains iron and can cause serious poisoning and death in children under 6 years if taken in large amounts accidentally; therefore, it should be stored out of reach of children in a safe place. Those with allergic reactions to any ingredient in this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with hyperkalemia, individuals with certain iron metabolism disorders, and patients with serious kidney dysfunction should not take this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year, those receiving treatment from a physician, individuals with certain kidney or gastrointestinal conditions, pregnant women, and lactating mothers should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, hives, abdominal pain, cramps, or fever occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Additionally, those with menstrual changes or a higher risk of thrombosis need to be cautious, and long-term high-dose use may lead to nerve damage or blood disorders. When taking this medication, be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and instructions, and administer to children under the supervision of an adult. This medication may affect blood glucose or urine test results, and it is advisable to avoid tannin-containing beverages like green tea or black tea before and after use. Store in a place protected from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed, and do not transfer to another container.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, or levodopa. Consult a physician or pharmacist if taking in conjunction with estrogen-containing oral contraceptives, anti-aldosterone agents, or triamterene.

Food interactions

Avoid tannin-containing teas like green tea and black tea during and immediately before and after taking this medication.
