Relief of symptoms such as eczema, dermatitis, and itching
This medication is effective for a variety of skin conditions including eczema and dermatitis, and is used to relieve itching and symptoms from insect bites.
Shake well before use and apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times daily, adjusting based on symptoms.
This medication should be used with caution in patients with certain skin infections, as it may worsen symptoms. Patients with a history of allergy or hypersensitivity to this medication or its components should not use it. Patients with ear canal infections and a perforated eardrum should avoid using this medication, as it may delay healing. It is advisable not to use this medication in cases of ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite, as it may inhibit skin regeneration and delay recovery. The use of this medication is also not recommended for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or non-inflammatory itching. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, as well as breastfeeding mothers, should use this medication with caution, particularly in children under 2 years old, where consultation with a doctor is necessary before use. Elderly patients should be monitored closely for risk of side effects. While using this medication, skin infections may occur; therefore, if any signs of infection appear, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate antimicrobial treatment. Long-term or extensive use of this medication may affect the hormonal balance in the body, requiring regular check-ups. If symptoms do not improve or worsen during use, discontinue use immediately. The treatment period should be limited to within 7 days, and it is advisable to stop use as soon as is feasible. Care should be taken when applying around the eyes, as there is a risk of increased intraocular pressure or glaucoma. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use this medication for the shortest duration and minimum dosage necessary, considering the potential effects on the fetus or infant. Children have more sensitive skin and absorb the medication more easily, so prolonged use should be avoided for safety. When using occlusive dressings, strict adherence to a doctor's instructions is necessary to prevent infection risk, and cleanliness should be prioritized. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes or for purposes other than treatment, such as applying to the skin after makeup or shaving. Keep out of reach of children to prevent accidents.
