This medication helps alleviate inflammation and pain, but it is not a treatment for the underlying cause, so it should be remembered that this is a symptomatic relief treatment. When applying to areas with skin infections, it is advisable to use antibacterial or antifungal agents to prevent worsening of the infection while carefully monitoring the condition. When used for chronic conditions such as osteoarthritis, it is essential to combine other therapeutic methods alongside medication treatment and carefully monitor for any side effects. It is recommended not to use this medication during the early and middle stages of pregnancy unless absolutely necessary. If it must be used, it should only be at the minimum dosage and for a short duration. In the later stages of pregnancy, using this medication can harm the fetus's heart and kidneys and can lead to prolonged bleeding during childbirth or delayed labor, so it should never be used. Because the safety of this medication has not been adequately confirmed for children, it is advisable to avoid using it in this population.
