This medication is effective in treating fever and pain caused by colds, lower back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, and juvenile idiopathic arthritis. It is also used for alleviating pain after surgeries and for treating osteoarthritis, a degenerative joint disease. Furthermore, it helps with various types of pain, including headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It is effective for inflammatory diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, and psoriatic arthritis, and it is also used to relieve symptoms associated with soft tissue injuries like strains or bruises, tendonitis, and bursitis. Thus, it is widely used in the treatment of various pains and inflammatory conditions, aiding in the improvement of patient symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injury, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer orally 200-600mg once, 3-4 times a day. There may be interactions with certain medications (for example, antihypertensives, lithium, anticoagulants, etc.) when taken concurrently, so caution is necessary. If severe allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, bleeding, severe abdominal pain, or abnormal liver function symptoms occur, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a healthcare professional. It is recommended to take this medication for the shortest duration possible at the minimal effective dose, and regular check-ups are required for long-term use. Patients with hypertension or heart failure should carefully monitor their blood pressure and fluid status during treatment with this medication. Usage of this medication after 20 weeks of pregnancy may affect the fetal kidney function, so if necessary, it should be used for the shortest period at the minimum dose, and regular ultrasound examinations should be conducted. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with high-dose methotrexate. Also, do not take it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Consult with a physician or pharmacist when taken with low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.

Storage

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. The appropriate storage temperature is room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius.
