This medicine helps supplement nutrients necessary during periods of physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and when bodily strength is reduced due to illness or recovery, as well as during growth and older age. It is also used to alleviate dry eyes and improve vision problems such as night blindness. It is effective in preventing developmental issues of bones and teeth and in preventing bone diseases such as rickets. It contributes to the improvement of health by addressing various symptoms related to nutritional deficiencies.

How to take

Adult dose

Individuals aged 12 and older: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day. Take after meals by dissolving or chewing in the mouth.

Child dose

Children aged 36 months to under 12 years: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day. Take after meals by dissolving or chewing in the mouth.

Precautions

This medicine should be used with caution by women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A may cause a risk of congenital malformations. It should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, kidney stones, severe renal failure, and those allergic to any components included in this medicine. Infants under 12 months, and patients with genetic issues such as lactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine. During the course of this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracyclines, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under one year of age, patients receiving medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, those with nephrolithiasis, women who are pregnant or nursing, premature infants, young children, patients with heart and circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, patients taking cardiac glycosides, gout patients, or those with a history of kidney stones should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, dry skin, joint swelling, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, constipation, rashes, hypotension, facial flushing, heart palpitations, central nervous system impairment, etc., occur while taking the medicine, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Also, if menstruation becomes more frequent or bleeding persists, women taking estrogen-containing contraceptives should be careful as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose administration can lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins can cause side effects such as nerve damage, peptic ulcers, liver damage, increased risk of hypercalcemia, and osteoporosis. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and children should take it under adult supervision. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. Store this medication in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, and keep it away from direct sunlight and do not transfer it to another container.
