View approved original text

This medication helps control blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, alleviating symptoms and improving cardiac function in those with heart failure who cannot use ACE inhibitors. It also aids in reducing mortality risk in patients with impaired left ventricular function after a myocardial infarction. Therefore, it plays a crucial role in managing hypertension, heart failure, and post-myocardial infarction care, significantly improving patients' health.
