Relief of pain from cold and arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
This medication is effective for fever and pain caused by colds, as well as lower back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and postoperative pain. It is also used for various types of pain such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. Additionally, it helps with inflammatory diseases such as ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, as well as non-articular rheumatic conditions like soft tissue damage, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis. By alleviating various kinds of pain and inflammation, it reduces discomfort for patients. It is a medication commonly used for overall pain and inflammation treatment.
Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue damage, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer orally 200-600mg at a time, 3-4 times a day. Maximum daily dose is 3200mg. Mild to moderate pain, cold: Administer orally 200-400mg at a time, 3-4 times a day. Migraine: Administer orally 200-400mg at a time, and do not exceed 400mg within 24 hours.
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer orally in divided doses of 30-40mg per kg of body weight, 3-4 times a day.
This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential. Those with cardiovascular disease or risk factors should be cautious as long-term use of this medication may increase the likelihood of cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction and stroke. This medication can cause severe gastrointestinal issues like gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, so elderly individuals or those taking it long-term should monitor for unusual symptoms. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, as well as severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction, should not take this medication. Those with hypersensitivity to this medication or with a history of bronchial asthma should avoid it, and individuals with allergic reactions to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should be cautious. This medication should not be taken in late pregnancy, and those receiving high doses of methotrexate during cancer treatment are prohibited from taking it. Do not exceed the recommended dose and avoid taking it in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. During breastfeeding, this medication can transfer into breast milk and cause severe side effects in infants, so it is recommended to stop breastfeeding or discontinue the medication. Patients with certain diseases such as blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart disease, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. When used in conjunction with aspirin, this medication may reduce aspirin's heart protective effect and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so caution is necessary. If unusual symptoms such as allergic reactions, skin rashes, respiratory difficulties, severe headaches, vision disturbances, abdominal pain, hematuria occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare professionals. In case of overdose, serious side effects such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, liver dysfunction, kidney failure, respiratory distress, and hypotension can occur, so caution is required. Use this medication at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and if taken long-term, regular monitoring of liver, kidney, and blood conditions is necessary. Patients with hypertension or heart failure should closely monitor blood pressure and fluid status during the use of this medication. During pregnancy, especially after 20 weeks, significant effects on fetal kidney function are possible; thus, use only the minimum effective dose and verify amniotic fluid status via ultrasound if necessary. Medications should be stored out of reach of children, in their original container to maintain quality and prevent misuse.

Do not take this medication in conjunction with high-dose methotrexate and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Also, consult with a physician or pharmacist when taken with low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
Store this medication in an airtight container to protect it from air and moisture. It is best kept at a normal indoor temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius, away from extreme heat or cold.
