Relief of pain associated with cold and arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis)
This medication is effective in treating fever and pain caused by colds, lower back pain, menstrual pain, and various rheumatic arthritis as well as degenerative joint diseases such as inflammatory rheumatic arthritis and osteoarthritis. It is also used for relief of postoperative pain. Additionally, it helps with a variety of joint and soft tissue diseases such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, neuralgia, ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, and soft tissue injuries. It is applicable in the treatment of non-joint rheumatic diseases like tendinitis and bursitis. This medication is widely used to improve symptoms of various pain and inflammatory diseases.
1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-joint rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: 200-600mg per dose, orally 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose can be up to 3200mg. 3. Mild and moderate pain, cold: 200-400mg per dose, orally 3-4 times a day. 4. Migraine: 200-400mg per dose, orally.
2. Inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40mg per kg of body weight divided into 3-4 doses daily.
This medication may cause serious side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding when taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication can increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, and individuals with a history of heart disease or stroke or with risk factors should take particular care. If cardiovascular symptoms arise during use, consult a healthcare professional immediately, and use this medication cautiously if there is a history of hypertension or heart failure. This medication may cause severe gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, and older adults or those taking it long-term have a higher risk of gastrointestinal issues. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disease or severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction should avoid using this medication. Those with hypersensitivity to this medication or with a history of asthma should also avoid it, especially those allergic to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should take caution. This medication should not be taken during late pregnancy as it may harm the fetus. Do not exceed the recommended dosage, and taking it simultaneously with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may be dangerous. If breastfeeding, this medication can pass into breast milk and cause adverse reactions in newborns, so either discontinue breastfeeding or stop taking the medication. Individuals with blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, liver or kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, etc., must consult a healthcare professional before use. This medication can interact with other drugs, so those taking blood pressure medications, lithium, diuretics, anticoagulants, anticancer drugs, or antidepressants should be particularly cautious. If any allergic reactions, skin rashes, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, bloody stools, vision disturbances, sudden severe dizziness, or cardiac symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. This medication should be taken for the shortest period possible and at the minimal effective dose, and long-term users should have regular tests to monitor liver, kidney, and blood conditions. Patients with hypertension or heart failure should monitor blood pressure and fluid status closely while taking this medication and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms worsen. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, taking this medication may affect fetal kidney function, so it should only be used if absolutely necessary at the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time, and amniotic fluid status should be checked regularly if needed. Keep out of reach of children and store medications in their original containers to prevent misuse or degradation of quality.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling skin, pain of oral/ocular mucosa, asthma attacks, cough with fever and difficulty breathing, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), malaise, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, vision disturbances, paralysis, significantly reduced urine output, severe systemic symptoms

Do not take this medication with high-dose methotrexate or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to avoid exposure to air and moisture. It is preferable to maintain a storage temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This way, the effectiveness and safety of the medication can be well preserved.
