The vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C contained in this medication are necessary during physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding, post-illness recovery, growth periods, and old age. Vitamin D helps in the development of bones and teeth, and is effective in preventing rickets. Additionally, it alleviates symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and aids in the improvement of fatigue in the eyes. Vitamin C is beneficial in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds, and vitamin E contributes to reducing skin pigmentation (melasma, freckles). Zinc also provides additional support for overall health. Therefore, this medication is used for various symptoms and disease prevention.
How to take
Adult dose
Adults aged 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.
Child dose
Children aged 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, an unexplained systemic inflammatory disease, or patients with kidney disease. People with allergic reactions to any of the ingredients in this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should also avoid taking it. During the course of taking this medication, it is advisable not to take medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids. Levodopa should also not be taken concurrently. If receiving treatment from a physician, children with significant sun exposure, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those of childbearing age, breastfeeding women, premature infants, and patients with gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis should consult with a healthcare provider before taking this medication. Individuals with heart or circulatory function disorders, kidney impairment, hypoproteinemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should also consult before taking. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, arrhythmia, or central nervous system dysfunction occur during use, stop taking immediately and consult with a healthcare provider. If the medication causes a more rapid menstrual cycle or prolonged bleeding, it should also be stopped and discussed with an expert. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of certain vitamins may cause nerve damage or hematological adverse reactions, thus caution is needed. High-dose use may worsen peptic ulcers and cause glucose intolerance or liver damage. Overdosage may present symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and edema, and caution should be taken as blood potassium levels may increase when used with certain diuretics. It is important to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administering to children, supervision by a guardian is required. This medication may affect urine test results and may turn urine yellow, which should be considered during testing. It is advised to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. When storing, it should be kept out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry, and sealed container. Additionally, it is important not to transfer this medication to other containers to maintain quality.

Interactions
Drug interactions
This medication should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline agents, antacids, or levodopa. Additionally, if taken with cardiac glycosides, oral contraceptives containing estrogen, aldosterone antagonists, or triamterene, it is necessary to consult with a physician or pharmacist.
Food interactions
This medication should be avoided with drinks containing tannins such as green tea or black tea during or before and after taking.
