Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 are beneficial when feeling physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and when experiencing decreased stamina due to illness or after recovery. These vitamins help relieve pain such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain. They are also effective in preventing beriberi and alleviating eye fatigue. Therefore, these vitamins are used to reduce body fatigue and for overall health recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 and older: take 1 tablet once a day

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, patients with sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), and patients with kidney diseases. Also, individuals with allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients should avoid taking it. Babies under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and patients with severe renal failure should not take this medicine. This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, lactose deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. While taking this medicine, it is advisable not to take phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa simultaneously. For children under 1 year, patients currently undergoing medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight with regular meals, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, patients with heart or circulatory problems, patients with kidney disorders, patients with low protein levels, and patients receiving cardiac glycoside treatment, it is essential to consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, inflammation in the mouth, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, constipation, low blood pressure, flushing, irregular heartbeat, skin rashes, dizziness, swelling of the face or legs, erythema, urticaria, eczema, itching, or edema occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult with a specialist. Long-term use of pyridoxine at doses exceeding 500 mg to 2 g per day may cause peripheral nerve damage, so caution is required. In cases where more than 10 micrograms of vitamin B12 are administered daily, there may be blood-related side effects in folic acid deficient patients. High-dose administration may exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, increase serum uric acid levels, or cause liver damage. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur. Long-term use may increase the risk of hypercalcemia and kidney stones, so caution is advised. Caution should be taken as concurrent use with aldosterone antagonists or trimethoprim may elevate blood potassium levels. In case of overdose, discontinue use immediately and consult with a specialist, and if symptoms do not improve after a month of use, consult with a doctor. This medicine should strictly follow the prescribed dosage and administration, and adult supervision is necessary when administering it to children. Urine may turn yellow during use, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medicine. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed to preserve quality. Also, it is important not to transfer it to another container to prevent misuse.
