This medication contains vitamins E, B1, B2, B6, and C, and is used for the supplementation of nutrients needed for physical fatigue or during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and for the recovery of physical strength during and after illness, and in elderly individuals. Additionally, the vitamins are effective in relieving pain from neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and in treating various inflammatory diseases like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. It also helps in alleviating eye fatigue, contributing to overall health enhancement. Zinc is supplied as a nutrient essential for strengthening physical strength and immune function. Thus, this medication works to improve body functions and assist in health recovery through the provision of various vitamins and zinc.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Child dose

Take 2 tablets once daily or 1 tablet twice daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Additionally, it is safest for infants under 12 months not to take this medication. While taking this medication, do not use it together with certain medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Individuals under 1 year old, those receiving medical treatment, patients with hyperoxaluric conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, premature infants, infants, individuals with peptic ulcers or chronic gastrointestinal diseases, patients with heart or cardiovascular diseases, renal impairment patients, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those with gout or kidney stones must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, dermatitis, hair loss, odor during breathing, agitation, digestive disorders, abdominal pain, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Also, if menstruation becomes unusually early or if bleeding persists for an extended period, cessation of the medication and consultation is necessary. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the risk of thrombosis may increase when taking vitamin E. Long-term high-dose usage may lead to tolerance, and prolonged high-dose pyridoxine can cause neurological disorders. Caution is required as patients with folate deficiency may develop blood disorders when taking vitamin B12 above certain dosages. High-dose usage may worsen peptic ulcers, impair glucose tolerance, cause hyperuricemia, or result in liver damage. Overdose may present symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, requiring caution. Consult professionals when taken with certain diuretics as there may be a risk of hyperkalemia. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed at the correct dosage, and supervision by a guardian is required when given to children. During use, it may affect blood glucose measurements in some urine tests and the urine may turn yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be stored in a sealed container away from air and moisture. A storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature is recommended.
