Vitamin B6 is helpful when supplemented during pregnancy or lactation, or when physical strength is reduced due to illness or post-illness. It is also used to alleviate inflammatory symptoms of the mouth and tongue, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Take 1 tablet twice a day.

Children's dosage

Children 8 years and older: Take 1 tablet twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to this medication or any of its components. Babies under 3 months of age should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues like galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. This medication should not be taken concurrently with levodopa. Babies under 1 year old or anyone currently undergoing treatment by a physician must consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If there are any sensory nerve disturbances or neurological symptoms while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Excessive intake of this medication may lead to the development of peptic ulcers, reduce the body's ability to process glucose, increase uric acid levels in the blood, and may cause damage to the liver. If accidentally overdosed, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of taking this medication, stop taking it and consult a doctor. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration. When given to children, it should only be administered under the supervision of a guardian. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and in a tightly closed container to maintain its quality and avoid misuse. It is also important not to transfer the medication to another container.
