This medication contains vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C, aiding in physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, recovery of strength during and after illness, maintaining physical health during development and old age. It is also effective for relieving dry eyes, improving night blindness, preventing poor bone and teeth development, and preventing rickets. Iron is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia, while zinc helps with normal immune function and growth. This medication comprehensively supplements the deficiency of vitamins and minerals and is used to improve bodily functions.
How to take
Adult dose
Adults should take 1 tablet once a day.
Precautions
This medication should be used with caution as taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily during the first three months of pregnancy or in women who may become pregnant could pose a risk of congenital defects to the fetus. Children, especially those under six years of age, are at risk of serious dangers from overdose of iron-containing products, so it must be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. Individuals with certain diseases, such as hypercalcemia, renal diseases, or sarcoidosis, should not take this medication, nor should those with allergies to this medication or its ingredients. Infants under 12 months of age, individuals with hyperkalemia, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, and those with kidney stones should also avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, or Levodopa. Patients receiving treatment or those with specific gastrointestinal diseases, heart and kidney issues, liver disease, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a professional before use. Individuals with allergic reactions to Yellow No. 5 should also be cautious. If abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, itching, abdominal pain, dyspnea occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult medical personnel. Long-term use of high doses may increase the risk of nerve damage, blood abnormalities, liver damage, and osteoporosis, so it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication, and the medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, out of reach of children.
