Used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by monotherapy with Olmesartan Medoxomil or Hydrochlorothiazide. These medications help to effectively regulate blood pressure and prevent complications related to hypertension. It is primarily used as a combination therapy when patients have difficulty controlling blood pressure to improve their health condition.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered once daily, with or without food. The dosage should be adjusted at intervals of 2-4 weeks according to the patient’s blood pressure response. For the elderly, treatment should begin with the lowest dose, and care should be taken to adjust the dosage based on the patient's kidney function, heart function, comorbidities, and other medications.

Child dose

Safety and efficacy in children have not been established, so it should not be administered.

Precautions

This drug may cause serious harm to the fetus and newborns if administered to pregnant women during the second and third trimesters, so it should be discontinued immediately if pregnancy is confirmed. This drug should not be used in patients with certain allergies, kidney or liver diseases, and certain genetic issues.
