View approved original text

Olmesartan Medoxomil and Hydrochlorothiazide are medications used to treat essential hypertension. If blood pressure control is insufficient with monotherapy, these two medications can be combined to lower blood pressure more effectively. This helps to manage blood pressure steadily and reduces the risk of complications arising from hypertension. Therefore, these medications play a vital role in the treatment of hypertension and assist in blood pressure control.
