Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medicine is 1 capsule (0.5mg) once daily. This medication may slightly increase the risk of heart failure, so patients with a history of heart disease should consult with a doctor. During treatment, blood donation should be avoided, and blood donation can only occur at least 6 months after the last dose. There is no specific antidote for overdose, so appropriate supportive treatment is necessary if symptoms occur.
