Precautions

This medicine should not be used by individuals allergic to specific ingredients. It should not be used if the cornea is damaged or if there are ulcers. Patients with viral or fungal infections should be cautious as symptoms may worsen with this medicine. This medicine is not suitable for those with glaucoma or ocular tuberculosis. Transient stinging, itching, or redness may occur upon instillation, so symptoms should be monitored carefully. Due to the steroid component, long-term use may increase intraocular pressure or risk cataracts, so long-term use should be avoided. Care should be taken as wound healing may be delayed immediately after surgery. Long-term use beyond 2 weeks is not recommended as it may lead to fungal infections or resistance. It is advisable to regularly check eye condition as the cornea and sclera may thin or perforate. High concentrations of antibiotic components may delay corneal epithelial healing, so overuse should be avoided. If symptoms do not improve after 7-8 days of use, consider other treatment methods. Check medical history and vaccination status before using this medicine as there may be a risk of contracting chickenpox or measles. If infection is suspected or occurs, immediately seek medical attention. Children and patients taking certain medications require careful observation due to a higher risk of systemic side effects. When using with other eye drops, instill at least a 5-minute interval to prevent washing away. Co-administration with certain drugs may increase the risk of systemic side effects, so consultation with a doctor is necessary. If pregnant or breastfeeding, this medicine should only be used when necessary due to potential effects on the fetus or infant. In case of overdose, it is advisable to rinse the eyes with clean water or saline. Avoid wearing contact lenses for 5 minutes before and after administration, and stop wearing lenses in case of infection. For ophthalmic use only, and avoid direct contact of the container tip with the eyes. Avoid shared use to prevent contamination. Keep out of reach of children, store between 15-25 degrees Celsius, and avoid direct sunlight and moisture. Do not use if unopened for more than a month, and do not transfer to another container.
