This medication is used to supplement vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, and C in various situations such as physical fatigue, decreased stamina during pregnancy and lactation, during and after illness, development periods, and old age. It is effective in preventing poor development of bones and teeth and rickets. It also helps alleviate symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia (such as low back pain and shoulder pain), sciatica, and eye fatigue. It is used for alleviating skin-related symptoms such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, eczema, and dermatitis. Lastly, it is also utilized for zinc supplementation to promote overall health improvement.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 and older: Take 1 tablet twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases. Individuals allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication should also avoid using it. It is advisable not to use this medication in infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure. While taking this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or medications such as levodopa. Individuals undergoing medical treatment or women who are pregnant or possibly pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, young children, and individuals with heart or circulatory system diseases should consult a professional before taking this medication. Long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance, and taking it with certain vitamins may cause nerve damage or hematological adverse reactions. High-dose usage may increase the risk of peptic ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage, so caution is advised. During use, the prescribed dosage and frequency should be strictly adhered to, and tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea should be avoided before and after consumption. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a sealed container in a cool and dry place.
