This medication contains vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6, which can help in various situations. It is used primarily when physically fatigued, during pregnancy and lactation, when strength is weakened due to illness or recovery from illness, and also in the elderly to maintain health. Additionally, it alleviates uncomfortable symptoms related to peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulder and neck, numbness, and coldness in the extremities. It is also effective for pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as inflammatory conditions around the mouth like cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, along with symptoms of skin eczema and dermatitis. Finally, it helps with eye fatigue, thereby improving overall physical health. In summary, this medication is used to promote health in various aspects including fatigue recovery, blood flow improvement, pain relief, and the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Ages 8 and above: 1 capsule to be taken twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to this medication or any of its components. Infants under 3 months of age or those allergic to soy oil, soy, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. Do not take this medication together with levodopa while on treatment. Patients under 1 year of age, those receiving treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with lipid metabolism disorders must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If discomfort in the abdomen, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, oral inflammation, or loss of appetite occurs during use, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. This also applies if menstruation suddenly becomes irregular or bleeding persists for a long time. Particularly, those taking contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as taking Vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use of Pyridoxine may cause nerve damage, and high doses of Vitamin B12 may lead to blood abnormalities. Furthermore, excessive intake of this medication may lead to peptic ulcers, impaired glucose control, or liver damage, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after about one month of use, consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and when given to children, supervision by an adult is required. The urine may turn yellow when taken, which can affect clinical test results. Patients at risk of lipid overload should monitor their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage of this medication accordingly. If administering other lipid injections simultaneously, the total dosage should be considered. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, kept in a sealed container avoiding direct sunlight, and stored in a cool, dry place to maintain quality; it is advisable not to transfer to another container.

Abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (hyperemia), nausea, vomiting, loose stools, stomatitis (oral inflammation), loss of appetite, abdominal distension, menstruation becoming irregular or amounts increasing and prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, exacerbation of peptic ulcers, glucose intolerance, hyperuricemia, liver damage, urine turning yellow, risk of lipid overload, etc.
