This medicine is used to effectively lower fever caused by acute upper respiratory tract infections. Fever is a natural response of the body to fight infection, but high fever can cause discomfort or complications, so quick temperature control is important. Child dose

For children over 6 months old, the dose is 0.4–0.6mL/kg (5–7mg/kg of dexibuprofen) every 4–6 hours as needed, not to exceed a maximum of 4 doses per day (28mg/kg).

This medicine can rarely cause serious side effects such as shock, blood disorders, severe skin reactions, liver dysfunction, and kidney impairment, so if any unusual symptoms occur, the administration should be stopped immediately and healthcare personnel should be notified. This medicine should be used at the minimum effective dose and for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are necessary during long-term use.
