How to take

Child dose

For children over 6 months of age, a single dose of 0.4-0.6mL/kg (5-7mg/kg of dexibuprofen) should be taken every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 doses per day (not to exceed 28mg/kg).

Precautions

Hives, itching, rash, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, indigestion, diarrhea, stomach discomfort, stomatitis, abdominal bloating, constipation, neglect, itching, hearing loss, tinnitus, taste abnormalities, aseptic meningitis symptoms (fever, vomiting, insomnia, stiff neck), low blood pressure, high blood pressure, palpitations, fatigue, fever, nosebleeds, fussiness, facial swelling, indigestion.
