View approved original text

This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with either amlodipine or telmisartan. It helps effectively lower blood pressure by using both medications together and reduces the risk of complications from hypertension. This medication is a good choice when blood pressure control is inadequate.
