This medication lowers blood pressure gradually, so it is not suitable for urgent lowering of blood pressure. Take with sufficient water, and avoid driving or operating dangerous machinery if dizziness or drowsiness occur. This medication may interact with many other drugs, so if taking other medications, it is essential to inform healthcare providers, especially caution should be taken to avoid taking it with grapefruit juice.
