This medication contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E, and is used to replenish nutrients necessary for physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, reduction of physical strength during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. It is also effective in relieving dry eyes and improving night blindness, and preventing poor development of bones and teeth as well as rickets. By supplying zinc, it helps strengthen immunity. The iron component is used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia. In this way, the combination of vitamins and minerals supports various functions of the body and helps enhance health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals over 8 years and adults, take 1 capsule once daily

Child dose

For children over 8 years, take 1 capsule once daily

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution by women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or women who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A per day may pose a risk of congenital defects. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, may die from overdose of iron-containing preparations, so this medication should be kept out of reach of children. People with specific diseases such as hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, Wilson's disease, and hemochromatosis should not take this medication, nor should individuals allergic to this medication or its ingredients. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, and peanuts should exercise caution. Phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa should not be taken together with this medication. Infants under 1 year of age, patients receiving medical treatment, children with high sun exposure, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant and nursing mothers, etc., must consult a specialist before taking this medication. If side effects such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, difficulty breathing, or irregular heartbeat occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and dosage regimen, and parental supervision is necessary when administering to children. Vitamin A is sufficiently supplied from a normal diet, so when used as a supplementary therapy, care should be taken not to exceed 5,000 IU per day. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea and black tea while taking this medication, as they may affect blood sugar tests and other clinical evaluations.
