This medication is used to improve pain caused by rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis (degenerative arthritis), periarticular arthritis, low back pain, sciatica, and non-articular rheumatism.

How to take

Adult dose

As aceclofenac, take 200 mg once daily. This medication should be taken whole and not chewed or crushed. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions of this medication, it should be administered at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day, as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding from this medication. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, so patients with risk factors such as heart disease, hypertension, or diabetes should make a careful decision regarding its use. Additionally, the risk of cardiovascular side effects may increase depending on the duration and dosage of administration, so it should be used for the minimum effective dose and duration.
