This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension who have difficulty controlling blood pressure with telmisartan alone. It helps to effectively lower blood pressure, reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases and improving the health of patients.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, if blood pressure is not controlled with telmisartan alone, take 1 tablet daily with water, regardless of meals. Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters; therefore, it should be stopped immediately upon confirmation of pregnancy. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, and electrolyte imbalances may occur. In such cases, immediate medical attention should be sought.
