This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension when blood pressure is not adequately controlled with telmisartan alone. It effectively lowers blood pressure and helps prevent complications.

How to take

Adult dose

For patients whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with telmisartan alone, take one dose daily with a beverage, regardless of meals. Due to the fixed doses of each ingredient, it is recommended to adjust the doses for each ingredient for individuals before changing to this medication. Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it could cause serious harm to the fetus. Avoid taking this medication if you are allergic to any of its ingredients or have certain liver or kidney diseases. Elderly patients, those with impaired liver function, and patients with heart diseases that have a risk of rapid blood pressure drop should use this medication with caution. Hives, severe swelling (edema), angioedema (including potentially fatal outcomes), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucous membranes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough and fever, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), extreme fatigue, sudden and severe headaches, thunderclap headaches, seizures, loss of consciousness

Mild side effects

Bronchitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, hypokalemia, hyperuricemia, hyponatremia, anxiety, depression, insomnia, sleep disturbances, dizziness, visual disturbances, blurred vision, vertigo, tachycardia, arrhythmia, hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, respiratory distress, respiratory pain, pneumonia, pulmonary edema, diarrhea, dry mouth, bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, indigestion, vomiting, liver function abnormalities/liver disorders, erythema, pruritus, rash, sweating, hives,
