This medicine supplies Vitamin E, B1, and B6 to relieve physical fatigue and is helpful in managing health during pregnancy, breastfeeding, periods of illness, and post-illness recovery. It also improves peripheral circulation disorders and symptoms related to menopause such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and coldness. It is effective for alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used for treating oral inflammations like cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis as well as skin diseases such as dermatitis and eczema. It has efficacy in improving beriberi and eye fatigue. This medication is useful for enhancing overall physical strength and alleviating various neurological and skin symptoms.

Do not take this medicine if you have an allergic reaction to this medicine or any of its ingredients. Additionally, avoid this medicine for infants under 3 months old or patients with allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts. Do not take this medicine together with levodopa during treatment. Infants under 1 year old, patients receiving medical treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and patients with lipid metabolism issues should consult an expert before taking this medicine. This medicine contains the dye Yellow No. 5; caution is advised if allergic to this ingredient. If discomfort in the abdomen, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, or loss of appetite occurs during use, discontinue immediately and consult medical personnel. Immediate consultation is also necessary if menstrual changes or bleeding persists for an extended period. Particularly, women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or individuals at risk of thrombosis should be cautious of increased risk of thrombosis. Excessive intake of Vitamin B6 can cause neurological disorders, so dosage should be adhered to. Excessive intake of Vitamin B12 can cause blood abnormalities, thus caution is required. High-dose usage may result in peptic ulcers, blood glucose regulation issues, and liver damage, so caution is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after excessive intake or prolonged use of over 1 month, consult medical personnel immediately. When taking, be sure to follow the prescribed methods and dosages, and administer to children under parental supervision. Patients with the risk of fat overload should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust dosages accordingly. Store this medicine out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and moisture by keeping it in a cool, sealed container. Also, it is important to not transfer it to other containers to maintain quality.
